Absolutely thrilled Pyramid Studio was able to fix my ring, especially since many places wanted me to replace the whole band/crown then keep the material (for a fraction of its worth). The studio has a great selection of jewelry to choose from on the floor, or you can create a design with one of the jewellers.

I love their taste in jewelry and have gotten all my pieces from Pyramid Studios since moving to Maine. Also, after a finger injury, they cut my wedding rings off with ease and genuine care for a small fee... when I had almost gone to the ER and spent a thousand dollars for the same thing. Thankfully we called and they told us to come right in and that my finger would thank me! Well it did and I thank Pyramid Studios!!!

A lot of very interesting and unique pieces! Everything from simple studs to ornately carved creations! I really liked some of the more organically shaped pieces. The person who helped us was very personable, and he knew some interesting history about the area.

These guys are awesome! I volunteer for a local nonprofit and they are always willing to spend time with me, helping me to determine whether jewelry donated to us has any real value. They patiently answer questions and evaluate items, offering tips along the way. They have a nice selection of items for sale too. Their greatest asset is the people, though. Very nice!

I’m so happy with my new jewelry and I wear my tourmaline necklace every day. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have a bad nickel allergy and the jewelers helped me pick out pieces that are nickel free. If you’re in town, I definitely recommend stopping by. They have a great selection and some really unique and beautiful items.

Purchased many pieces of jewelry over the years from David and Don. They and their staff have always been very helpful with what I’m looking for and never pushy. It’s wonderful going to a store where the jeweler is a craftsman making pieces and speaking to you about their work vs a corporate chain owned by elitists. Highly recommended

I don't know how I've lived so close to this place and never been in. I had a delightful experience. There's a nice view of the river and the lighting makes everything feel very welcoming. The shop has a veritable trove of beautiful and interesting pieces, including items made from local stones. The customer service was excellent and the folks were knowledgeable. Also, to note: everyone was wearing masks. It feels good to know that safety is something this studio considers. They had a decent selection of chains on hand-- I was just shopping for a simple one and the person I worked with took me right to what I needed. Overall, I plan to buy from this shop for gifting (myself and others) again. Tourists: this is also worth a stop for their great tourmaline.

It is a wise choice to do your business HERE! If you want to know the reasons why you shouldn’t take it “ellswhere” you can read my other review. Mr. David and Mrs. Denise went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I came here to sell a gold ring at scrap price. Upon arrival the counter was busy so I browsed and found some very interesting and cool pieces. I also saw a pocket watch that was in my price range. But only if I could make the deal. While browsing Mrs. Denise went out of her way to kindly offer a stool for me to put my water jug on.(stay hydrated) So when it was my turn at the counter I put on a fresh pair of my favorite blue nitrile gloves and Mr. David and I introduced ourselves. I showed him my ring and he promptly weighed it and gave me a price $110. I was just offered $25 “Ellswhere”(true story). So I was already relieved and happy. I asked him why not more for around 4 grams of 14k and he said due to refining fees and I understood. I then asked about the pocket watch he had in his case. He brought it out and showed it to me. This is where it gets better. And it gets even better too. He showed me it was running and the case front latch worked and back opened (18k case) I looked it over with my loupe I have around my neck and at that point I noticed he wore one also around his neck. I was pleasantly surprised as this may be more common than I think but I learned it from watching videos of Mr. John Buckley buy and sell watches and it made the experience even better. I wanted the watch so I offered Mr. David 3 more pieces for me to own it. He accepted and he also gave me $50. I was very pleased and a Mazal turned to a Mazalito, Baby! I said goodbye and left knowing I made a wise business decision with great people. I had the pocket watch and one more ring from my collection. But then I got a message. A woman messaged me asking to buy one of the rings that I just sold to Mr. David. She was asking to buy the $500 ring for $150 but she said please
